Last weekend a very talented friend of ours took our maternity photos. I had been looking forward to having maternity photos taken for forever! I love how the pictures turned out. Below are some of my favorites.

The First Post :)

As an avid blog follower, I thought it may be time to start my own. Not because I live the most exciting life but exactly the opposite - because I am an ordinary gal. One of my favorite parts of the day is reading blogs of ordinary women. I get a glimpse into their lives and also some great advice and inspiration at the same time. I hope that others will find joy in reading my blog just like I take joy in reading theirs. So, if you are looking for reading material documenting some glamorous lifestyle, you may want to look elsewhere! But if you're looking for a blog with an occasional new recipe, a great bargain, and some posts about family, then I think I may deliver :) If you're up for following along, thanks!!! Here is a little bit about me:

Me and my hubby at a wedding last Fall.

My name is Stephanie, and I just recently turned 25. My husband Eric and I live in Savannah, GA and are expecting our first baby - a BOY - in a little over a month (!!!). Eric and I have been married for 2 and a half years and are so excited to be starting a family in the next few weeks. My husband is a public school teacher, and I cannot say enough good things about my him - he is such a blessing to me. We met during our freshman year of college 7 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. He loves the Lord, is one of the most patient people that I know, and makes me happier than anyone else ever could.. As for me, I am a financial assistant and office manager at a private school. I feel at home when I am in the kitchen, working on a new recipe. I am a bit of a shopaholic, but I am a bargain hunter to the core! I love decorating our house and working on crafts as well. I am a firm believer that coffee makes everything better. I love spending time with my family and friends but am also quite a homebody. Oh, and you could say I'm currently obsessed with decorating a certain somebody's nursery ;)
